Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances occur and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Advance Notice Required

We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us time to fill the appointment slot with another client.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee. This fee helps compensate our groomers for their previously reserved and lost time.

No-Shows

If we arrive at the scheduled location and you are not available for the appointment, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows may be subject to a fee up to the full amount of the scheduled service.
